Ok, here is the 5th week of my training!

I must confess ive been too slack with myself. Self discipline is really bad. Not good. Left 3 more months! Haha, what a challenge!

Ok. This week, everyday run twice a day. A 2km run and a 5km run. Do 2 sets of 10 chin-ups, 2 sets of 40 sit ups and push ups. Meals wise. Less carbo! End of aug would be 2 months and check out my wash board abs!! Haha!

Status of abs training:

Here comes the end of the 3rd week. Did 3km, 50 push ups and sit ups and 10 pull ups. Diet did not really control!! argh!! must be more discipline with food.

Anyway here comes the 4th week. Plan to run 4km daily. Gav suggested more reps for my push ups and sit ups. So i shall do 2 sets of 40 push ups and sit ups and 3 sets of 5 pull ups. CJ suggested changing my diet plan to 6 small meals a day instead of 3 full meals. Shall practice that too; Breakfast, Morning snack, Lunch, Tea break, Dinner and supper. haha. Need to be strict with myself, else i wun succeed. Tummy still looks kinda same. =(

Friday, I'm in love! After work met up with the TS. Went to Hooters for dinner. yumyum!

















Watched Harry Potter after dinner. I thought the movie was not bad, though i received some negative comments. Maybe because i am a harry potter fan.



The next day, Sat, the TS came to my house to whip up some delicious food; Hainanese Chicken Rice, Wanton Soup, Stir fried Mix Mushrooms and Fried Fish!! And we made a special bday cake for munie hoe!!! Can you tell what cake is it?? Heh.

2nd week has passed. Did not manage to jog everyday cos this week i m in the afternoon shift and a have a rather tight schedule. But at least i ran around 3 days of ~2 km and 1 day of ~5km. Did 50 push ups and sits ups and the next day muscles all cramped up. Thats how weak i am now.

3rd week is here! Planning to run 3km everyday. Still 10 chin ups a day with 50 push ups and sit ups. I will not be showing any pictures because, i still look the same. At the rate i am going, i can nv make my 4 months mark. I decided to be more stringent on my diet. Starting from this week, i will eat a full breakfast, take fruits for lunch and a low carbs dinner. I am hoping to see a lil changes by the 1st month. Stay tune!

Year after year my resolution of having the 6 pacs nv came true. I've had enough of talk and now i m gonna take action. With these posts, comes my commitment. I am gonna show everyone how i am gonna turn from this





to something like this



OK, so here is my proposed recipe for myself. I dunno how effective it would be, but after getting info, ive planned something out. I am such a food lover, i would not change my diet much, but i would cut down on snacking. Means more exercise.

Exercise routine:

I will divide this into 2. Fat losing (cardio) and Muscle building (Resistance).

Cardio: Mainly Jogging and some swimming.

Resistance: Weights, crunches etc.

Diet:

Strictly 3 meals a day only on ordinary days. Snacking and feasting allowed only got special occassions and festive seasons. =D

I will be drinking 50ml - 100ml of Xangosteen juice daily which supports weight loss. Xangosteen juice is a blend of whole fruit mangosteen with some other fruits.

I've started my routine this week with some light work out to warm up my body. I swam twice this week and jogged 1km daily with some chin-ups and 30 situps. Starting Sun, i will run 2km daily with 1 set of 10 chin-ups, 50 push-ups and 50 sit ups.I am doing all this to prepare myself for the Army Half Marathon coming Aug too. I will have an update everyweek, so do come back to check my progress and give me ur motivation and critism! haa~!

My goal for a washboard stomach is within 2 months from now.
My goal for 6 pacs is another 2 months from washboard stomach.
