Year after year my resolution of having the 6 pacs nv came true. I've had enough of talk and now i m gonna take action. With these posts, comes my commitment. I am gonna show everyone how i am gonna turn from this
to something like this
OK, so here is my proposed recipe for myself. I dunno how effective it would be, but after getting info, ive planned something out. I am such a food lover, i would not change my diet much, but i would cut down on snacking. Means more exercise.
Exercise routine:
I will divide this into 2. Fat losing (cardio) and Muscle building (Resistance).
Cardio: Mainly Jogging and some swimming.
Resistance: Weights, crunches etc.
Diet:
Strictly 3 meals a day only on ordinary days. Snacking and feasting allowed only got special occassions and festive seasons. =D
I will be drinking 50ml - 100ml of Xangosteen juice daily which supports weight loss. Xangosteen juice is a blend of whole fruit mangosteen with some other fruits.
I've started my routine this week with some light work out to warm up my body. I swam twice this week and jogged 1km daily with some chin-ups and 30 situps. Starting Sun, i will run 2km daily with 1 set of 10 chin-ups, 50 push-ups and 50 sit ups.I am doing all this to prepare myself for the Army Half Marathon coming Aug too. I will have an update everyweek, so do come back to check my progress and give me ur motivation and critism! haa~!
My goal for a washboard stomach is within 2 months from now.
