Ok, here is the 5th week of my training!
I must confess ive been too slack with myself. Self discipline is really bad. Not good. Left 3 more months! Haha, what a challenge!
Ok. This week, everyday run twice a day. A 2km run and a 5km run. Do 2 sets of 10 chin-ups, 2 sets of 40 sit ups and push ups. Meals wise. Less carbo! End of aug would be 2 months and check out my wash board abs!! Haha!
